I loved this spot! The hot spring facilities were amazing and super relaxing after a long day. We stayed in a room with a double bed and bunk beds, which was perfect for our family. The staff was super helpful and the hotel was really clean. Highly recommend! 👍

Great spot! The public baths were a relaxing treat after a long day, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Ueno station. Only downside was the bathroom in our room was a bit cramped.

onsen facilities, location near Ameyoko market, luggage forwarding service
Room cards displaying room numbers pose security risks!!! Tiny rooms limit luggage space, better to book larger accommodations!!! The terrace furniture needs repairs, and it’s inconvenient that taxis can't reach the hotel directly!!!

The helpful and polite staff made us feel welcome.
Our stay was marred by issues with room size and safety. The bathroom situation was less than ideal, with a huge step up that could be a hazard for elderly guests. To make matters worse, it felt unsettling that the elevators provided direct access to the guest floors without key access, leaving us concerned about security.

the spa was so cramped, and some guests decided it was a great time to chat loudly, which really ruined my experience. also, I expected a complimentary welcome gift to make up for this disappointment, but no such luck. absolutely below my expectation. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't!

Family with children would find this charming
So, we got to this place and the public bath was a game changer. The staff were super attentive and even helped us with our luggage across the street—that's some real service worth mentioning.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was suitable for what we needed.

The hotel's proximity to various eateries and shops made it incredibly convenient, especially with many halal food options available. The self-service laundry and microwave on the same floor as the family room were a significant advantage for larger groups. However, the wifi connection was frustratingly poor, and the small room size made it difficult for four people to move comfortably, especially when trying to open luggage. Customer service could improve. there were instances of misplaced items after housekeeping, which added to the inconvenience.
